• How long is the battery life of Core 2?

  4+ days in watch mode, or 3+ hours metronome playback

• Is Core 2 waterproof?

  It's splash resistant (IP65). This means it can withstand light rain or water splashes, for example while washing your hands. However, it can not withstand heavy rain, showers or water immersion.

• Can I turn off the LED lights on Core 2?

  Yes, you can customize the colors of the LED lights or turn them off completely!

• Why can’t I just use my other wearable, e.g. Fitbit or Apple Watch, instead of Core 2?

  We use a 7G ERM haptic motor powered by a special haptic driver. This creates vibrations unlike in other wearables. More distinct and precise & 700% more powerful than most devices. This powerful hardware is not a gimmick that sounds cool, but a requirement for a vibrating metronome to work.

• Where can I wear Core 2?

  The silicone strap and the Italian leather strap (Core Steel only) are designed for the wrist. In addition, both versions come with a body strap that allows you to wear the Core on your arm, ankle, chest, shoulder or thigh.

• What wrist sizes is Core 2 designed for?

  Fits wrists with 140mm - 210mm (5.5 in - 8.3 in)

• What’s the difference between Pulse, Core 2 and Core Steel 2?

  The Pulse is our entry level product that features just a vibrating metronome. You can change the rhythm on the device, but it has no screen so for precise adjustment you have to use the companion app. The Pulse has a longer battery life, but also a much bigger size than the Core. The body strap comes not included and is available for purchase separately.

  The Core 2 doesn't just feature a vibrating metronome, but also a practice tracker, chromatic tuner, decibel meter and smartwatch features. It comes with a screen, so precise adjustments can be made right on the device. It is not just a music tool, but can also be used as your daily watch. The body strap comes included with each Core for free.

  The Core Steel 2 has the exact same features as the Core. On top of that, it's made from a premium full stainless steel casing and besides the silicone strap, it comes with an Italian leather strap. It also includes a bonus carrying pouch.

• How many devices can sync with Core 2 at the same time via multi-player sync?

  You can sync up to 5 Soundbrenner wearables via Bluetooth to the same mobile device. You can sync just Pulse, just Core or a mix of both.

  If you want to sync more than 5 Soundbrenner wearables, you can link multiple mobile devices via a technology called Ableton Link that we support. You can then connect 5 Soundbrenner wearables to each linked mobile device. For more information please click here.

• How do I charge Core 2?

  The device comes with a USB charging cable that works with any regular USB port.

• Is Core 2 safe if I have a pacemaker or other medical devices?

  It contains strong magnets that may interfere with some medical devices. We recommend to consult with your physician before using the product.

• Can I return the product if it's not right for me?

  Of course. Try it out for 30 days. If it's not right for you, send it back for a refund - no hard feelings.

• Is there a warranty if my product has an issue?

  No stress - less than 1% of units ever have issues. If something goes wrong, we’ll send you a brand new replacement and cover all shipping. Just email support@soundbrenner.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

• Do you ship internationally, and do I have to pay taxes and duties?

  We ship worldwide. After you add the product to your cart, you’ll see whether we prepay taxes and duties for your country or if additional charges may apply. You’ll also be able to check if your order qualifies for free shipping. In many countries, including the United States, we offer local fulfillment for faster delivery and to avoid surprise fees.
