Is Pulse waterproof?

It's designed to be sweat proof, but not waterproof, so any exposure to water, especially submersion, will likely damage it.
Can I turn off the LED lights on Pulse?

Yes, you can customize the colors of the LED lights or turn them off completely.
Why can’t I just use my other wearable, e.g. Fitbit or Apple Watch, instead of Pulse?

Pulse uses a 7G ERM haptic motor powered by a special haptic driver. This creates vibrations unlike those found in other wearables. More distinct, precise, and 700% more powerful than most devices. This hardware is not just a gimmick that sounds cool, but a requirement for a vibrating metronome to work.
Where can I wear Pulse?

It comes with a short band designed for the wrist. In addition a long band is included that allows you to wear it on your arm, ankle, or leg. A body strap is available separately, allowing you to wear it on your upper thigh or chest.
What’s the difference between Pulse, Core 2 and Core Steel 2?

The Pulse is our entry level product that features just a vibrating metronome. You can change the rhythm on the device, but it has no screen, so for precise adjustments you have to use the companion app. The Pulse has a longer battery life, but is also bigger than the Core. The body strap is not included and is available for purchase separately.
The Core 2 is a vibrating metronome, but it also has a practice tracker, chromatic tuner, decibel meter, and smartwatch features. It comes with a screen, so precise adjustments can be made right on the device. It's an all-in-one music tool, but can also be used as your daily watch. The body strap comes included with each Core for free.
The Core Steel 2 has the same features as the Core, but on top of that, it's made from a premium full stainless steel casing. Besides the silicone strap, it also comes with an Italian leather strap, as well as a carrying pouch.

How many devices can sync with Pulse at the same time via multi-player sync?

You can sync up to 5 Soundbrenner wearables via Bluetooth to the same mobile device. You can sync just Pulses, just Cores, or a mix of both.
If you want to sync more than 5 Soundbrenner wearables, you can link multiple mobile devices via a technology called Ableton Link we support. You can then connect 5 Soundbrenner wearables to each linked mobile device. For more information please click here.
How do I charge Pulse?

The device comes with a USB charging cable that works with any regular USB port.
Is Pulse safe if I have a pacemaker or other medical devices?

It contains strong magnets which may interfere with some medical devices. Please consult your physician before using any of our wearable devices.
