  Yes. Extra ear tips and cables are all available from our store - no need to replace the whole unit.

• Can I return Wave Pro if they’re not right for me?

  Of course. Try Wave Pro for 30 days. If they’re not right for you, send them back for a refund - no hard feelings.

• Is there a warranty if my Wave Pro have an issue?

  No stress – less than 1% of units ever have issues. If something goes wrong, we’ll send you a brand new replacement and cover all shipping. Just email support@soundbrenner.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

• Do you ship internationally, and do I have to pay taxes and duties?

  We ship worldwide. After you add Wave Pro to your cart, you’ll see whether we prepay taxes and duties for your country or if additional charges may apply. You’ll also be able to check if your order qualifies for free shipping. In many countries, including the United States, we offer local fulfillment for faster delivery and to avoid surprise fees.
