• How long is the battery life?

  It has on average 6 hours of metronome playback time.

• Is it waterproof?

  It's designed to be sweat proof, but not waterproof. The Pulse is not designed to be waterproof so any exposure to water, especially submersion, will likely damage it.

• Can I sync it to my DAW?

• Can I turn off the LED lights?

  Yes, you can customize the colors of the LED lights or turn them off completely!

• Why can't I just use my other wearable, e.g. Fitbit or Apple Watch?

  We use a 7G ERM haptic motor powered by a special haptic driver. This creates vibrations unlike in other wearables. More distinct and precise & 700% more powerful than most devices. This powerful hardware is not just a gimmick that sounds cool, but a requirement for a vibrating metronome to work.

• Where can I wear it?

  It comes with a short band designed for the wrist. In addition a long band is included that allows you to wear it on your arm, ankle & leg. A body strap is available separately so you can wear it on your upper thigh and chest.

• What's the difference between the Pulse, Core and Core Steel?

  The Pulse is our entry level product that features just a vibrating metronome. You can change the rhythm on the device, but it has no screen so for precise adjustment you have to use the companion app. The Pulse has a longer battery life, but also a much bigger size than the Core. The body strap comes not included and is available for purchase separately.

  The Core doesn't just feature a vibrating metronome, but also a contact tuner, dB meter and smartphone notifications. It comes with a screen, so precise adjustments can be made right on the device. It is not just a music tool, but can also be used as your daily watch. The body strap comes included with each Core for free.

  The Core Steel has the exact same features as the Core. On top of that, it's made from a premium black full stainless steel casing and besides the silicone strap, it comes with an Italian leather strap. It also includes a bonus carrying pouch.

• How many devices can you sync at the same time via multi-player sync?

  You can sync up to 5 Soundbrenner wearables via Bluetooth to the same mobile device. You can sync just Pulse, just Core or a mix of both.

  If you want to sync more than 5 Soundbrenner wearables, you can link multiple mobile devices via a technology called Ableton Link that we support. You can then connect 5 Soundbrenner wearables to each linked mobile device. For more information check out our guide here: setup guide.

• How do I charge it?

  The device comes with a USB charging cable that works with any regular USB port.

• Is it safe when you have a pacemaker or other medical devices?

  It contains strong magnets that may interfere with some medical devices. We recommend to consult with your physician before using the product.

• Do you ship internationally?

• How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
