Worldwide shipping
We ship to almost every country worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your country is not available, it means we currently do not ship to that location.
Shipping costs and delivery times

In some regions, we offer free shipping when your order meets the minimum order value shown on our website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
Order processing and tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been handed over to our logistics partners.
Shipping destinations and carriers
We ship orders from different warehouses around the world to ensure faster delivery whenever possible. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped locally or internationally.
Our logistics partners may require a signature upon delivery. For this reason, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Taxes and duties
Where possible, we ship orders on a delivered duties paid basis, meaning applicable taxes and duties are prepaid and included in the price shown at checkout.
In some countries, taxes, duties, or handling fees may be charged by local authorities or carriers upon delivery.
Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery fails or is refused due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failure to pay applicable duties, or inability to accept delivery, our logistics partners may return the shipment to us.
Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from any refund or charged separately.
Lost or delayed shipments
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery, Soundbrenner Limited is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or events outside our control.
