30‑day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in original condition and packaging and include all accessories and inserts. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Contact us to request a return. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Approved returns include instructions on where and how to send your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
For general returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after confirming the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please note that while defective items reported after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund, they are covered by our warranty for repair or replacement.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available if your item meets the return requirements. Contact us and let us know which item you would like in exchange.
European Union 14‑day right of withdrawal
Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must meet the return conditions above.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
