  • Can I return Soundbrenner products if I change my mind?
    Yes! If you purchased an item from our web store but decide it's not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for free shipping. This helps balance the cost of returns, as there are additional expenses beyond shipping, such as restocking.

  • Do you offer a product warranty?
    Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If your item has a defect due to a mistake on our part, we will send you a replacement free of charge. For more information check our terms of warranty.
  • When will I receive the tracking number?
    When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    Our logistic partners require a signature upon delivery so unfortunately they are unable to make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
  • Do I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
    We try to avoid international shipments whenever possible and ship locally instead, so your government won't charge you additional taxes or duties. However, sometimes there is no way around international shipments. In many countries, we prepay all applicable taxes and duties and ship "Delivered Duties Paid" (DDP), so you won’t have to pay anything upon delivery.
