Soundbrenner Limited warrants that all Soundbrenner products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Soundbrenner’s liability is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under applicable local consumer protection laws, which are not excluded or limited by this warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, you must provide valid proof of purchase, including the original purchase date.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• The Soundbrenner mobile application
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration
