Every Soundbrenner product is covered by our standard terms of warranty. By purchasing a Soundbrenner protection plan, you receive extended coverage beyond the standard warranty period.

Soundbrenner protection plans provide coverage for accidental damage, including drops and liquid spills, as well as mechanical and electrical breakdowns that occur after the standard warranty has expired.

Coverage period and limits

Soundbrenner protection plans provide coverage for a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date of the Soundbrenner product and cover up to two (2) service incidents.

Each incident is subject to a service fee, payable in addition to the purchase price of the Soundbrenner protection plan.

Any service request that is covered under our standard terms of warranty will be handled under those terms and will not incur a service fee.

Eligibility

To be eligible, a Soundbrenner protection plan must be purchased within sixty (60) days of the original purchase of the Soundbrenner product.

The Soundbrenner product must be purchased in new condition directly from Soundbrenner or from an authorized Soundbrenner reseller.

Replacement service

If a Soundbrenner product develops a defect that is not covered by our standard terms of warranty, including defects caused by accidental damage or occurring after the standard warranty period has ended, Soundbrenner will provide a replacement product upon payment of the applicable service fee.

Replacement products will be of the same or a comparable make and model, subject to availability.

The defective product must be received by Soundbrenner before a replacement product is shipped.

Service requests

Replacement requests must be submitted through our customer support team. Soundbrenner reserves the right to refuse a service request if you do not comply with instructions provided by customer support.

Changes to the protection plan

Soundbrenner reserves the right to modify the benefits, service fees, pricing, or other components of Soundbrenner protection plans at any time and at its sole discretion.
