Job summary:
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual. As operations intern at Soundbrenner, you will get to see how a modern tech startup operates from the inside. You’ll interact with areas around finance, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, office management, HR and customer support and hence get to know a wide variety of areas. As part of a small team, you’ll be able to take over real responsibility and experience a steep learning curve.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with shipping and logistic partners to arrange for order shipments
- Handle daily customer inquiries via emails and social media platforms (e.g. about order delivery, return management, etc.)
- Manage order processing cycle with other departments
- Support daily operations and office management
- Prepare financial reports for managerial use
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience and degrees are great and appreciated. However, above all we are looking for someone who is smart, hard-working and able to figure new things out quickly.
- Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
- You love tech and are a fast learner when it comes to using new software and tools
- Good telephone manner, customer-orientated, inter-personal skills & serving attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- At least 3+ months of time commitment so you can work on meaningful projects
